Tariff Information

My 86 year old mother recently purchased a Nokia 3.1 mobile phone from carphone warehouse. Her monthly tariff with ID Mobile included 250 minutes per month. What is the next traff with say 500 minutes available.

There is few options available for you that you could try. First of all I would suggest returning to Carphone Store to speak to one of the advisors as ID Mobile contract purchased there are under 14 days return period so they might be able to change the deal for you to include 500 minutes instead of 250.
Second of all, you could try contacting ID Mobile directly using information from this page and see if customer support adjust your contract for you.
Third of all you could simply purchase an Add-on with extra minutes when your mother's allowance is about to end (You can control it through ID Mobile App). You can read a little bit more about add-ons here.
