Why does my bill tell me to pay on the 3rd September but not AugustĀ

Hi @Lisajane,

Have you changed your billing date recently? If so, you have probably moved it to a date that is too close to the current day of the month, so we wonā€™t have time to generate a bill and taken payment as that process takes at least 14-days.

For example, you created your post on 30th July. If you wanted the bill to be taken on the 3rd, then the 3rd August is too close so weā€™ll take it on 3rd September instead. That bill will be higher though as it will be covering a longer period of time due to the delay.

I havnt asked for bill date to be changed I canā€™t see August bill date just SeptemberĀ

I see, thanks @Lisajane. So with the plan changing, due to the prorated nature of our billing, what Ryan advised is still applicable here. Although you may not get billed in August, the bill for September will be larger due to covering a longer length of time.
