My contract is due an upgrade but I've no access to my account

Hi there,

My phone contract is coming up for renewal soon and I am looking to upgrade, as well as transfer my existing number. However, the phone is broken and I cannot access my account as have lost the details. Can somebody help please?

Hello @Marix,

Are you able to put the SIM in a different phone, just so you can reset your password or retrieve your username?

You can only upgrade via the app/account for a new contract so this needs to be done in order to upgrade.
