My contract is ending, how do I stop my contract from continuing ?

Hi, my contract with iD finishes in 10 days and I received an email saying that after the contract finishes, if I do nothing, then they will still continue the contract and carry on taking money from my bank. But I am purchasing a new phone and contract with a different company. So, where and how do I tell iD that I would like to stop my contract after it finishes?

Hello @sasikala,

 

You can text the words STAC to the number 75075.

 

Then give your new network provider the STAC code.

 

They’ll let us know you’ve left, which will in turn, cancel the account.

Leave your Direct Debit open for any final bills to be taken.
