My contract is ending on 03.11.20

Hi there, 

My contract ends on 03.11.20 

If I decide to take up the offer u sent me via email on sim only on a monthly basis for £6, would it start right away on 04.11.20?

What do I need to do so as not to incur into misunderstanding n mischarges? 

Please advise as I'm split between staying with id or move on... In the former case I'm a bit annoyed that there is no way to talk to anybody over the phone.

Hi @NICOLANDON,

Thank you for getting in touch. If you log into your account online or through your app, you should be able to view plan changes and upgrades and when selecting one from that list, it should kick in within 24 hours. When doing this, please ensure that you are only upgrading/changing the plan and that you do not direct away to purchasing a brand new contract.
