My delivery and billing address are different

Does my delivery address for a handset upgrade have to be the same as my billing address?

I've been trying to upgrade but every time after I enter my payment details it takes me right back to the start.

Hi maryam4, you can specify a different delivery address but it's important that your account details are up to date, as this could cause an issue with your order.
You can check and change your information on our site if required which should enable your upgrade to complete ok.
