My phone is lost in USA

Hi my daughter has an ID account and her phone was left in the plane at Chicago on the 16th August.

I cannot Trace it and want to make sure no one has used her account on this date to date.

Hi Nina, if the account holder can make contact on 0333 003 7777 we're able to block the SIM to ensure there is no further risk of anyone else using the account should they find the phone. - Phil
