I have paid all bills and when I call someone it says I've rang the payment line and that my account is up to date with payments so why won't it let me call or text??
My phone is suspended and I've paid the bills

Are you receiving a message when you try to make a call/text or do you simply have no signal rendering you unable to receive calls/texts even?
