Neither SIM working following an upgrade

Neither old phone or new phone are working on their sims. Both say emergency cover only. I have followed ALL the guidance on what to do several times but it is now 36 hours and nothing. I can’t all, text or download various communication apps on my new phone as I need to receive texts. I need my phone for work, particularly at the moment. I can’t contact you as the contact centre is shut and every page on your website just leads here or to FAQs. I know the sim is the issue. Please can someone help me!

PS It is activated - I have checked! Plus I have done all the checks on the website for if it’s not working.
