Hi, I'm due to get an upgrade at the end of the month but want a new sim card with a new number as I don't want certain people who have my current number able to contact me! Is this possible?

You’d have two options in this kind of scenario.
You could technically upgrade on your old account you have now, and then at any time, request a number change. The downer with that though would be that you would be charged a £25 fee (added to the next bill) for having a number change done on your account.
That is, unless you have a Crime Reference Number due to having had to report such calls due to harassment or worse.

Otherwise. You would be best to cancel the current contact you have through us, and simply place a brand new order for a new 24 month contract (which would have it’s own SIM and new number).

Do you happen to know if your current contract does end at the end of this month? Or is it that you’d be eligible for an early upgrade at the end of this month?
