We have a 14-day returns period for in-store purchases.
We have a 30-day returns period (using our return by post service) for purchases made on iDmobile.co.uk or through iD phone sales.
You can also cancel your plan outside of these timescales.

I have just received my SAMSUNG A40. I already have an id sim in my old phone (ALCATEL IDOL4) can I install old sim and keep my  old phone number?

If you have upgraded you can still use your old SIM.
