Hi i recieved a new phone as an upgrade but no new sim arrived ?

Hi @Leipsy,

 

It sometimes arrives a couple of days later separately. Is your old one still functioning? If so, feel free to continue using that for the timebeing.

Renewed contract and sent new Samsung A20. but no new Sim card.  Texted on  21 Nov that takes 24 hours to activate new sim. No new Sim received by 26 Nov -losing money without mobile so need new Sim activated asap . *******

You can keep using your old SIM card as this will still work. 

If you are without a SIM, we can send you a PM and take a few more details from you, please let us know if you require another SIM card?

Old Sim card doesn’t work in new Samsung A20. Just “not connected to network”

No reply and new SIM still not received . I renewed for new Samsung A20. Shouldn’t have and gone elsewhere, Service is crap so will complain to Trading Standards /Media unless you get my mobile working by Saturday 512w., Ant/ony Rooth.[Removed]
