Had upgrade activated SIM card received confirmation of activation but phone says no service been mor than 24 hours

No service means you are not getting network coverage.

Restart mobile, Insert sim in sim1 slot.

Manually search network.

Hello @Superdad,

As @Petershaha80 suggested, try restarting your handset.

This should usually fix most issues.

 

Otherwise, test the old SIM in the phone and see if this still works?
