New SIM not working

Went for SIM only deal followed all instructions, activated card however it is  still not working.

Really inconvenient while I was out this morning especially as I didnt know it wasn't working and needed access to stuff via data

Online chat is busy so told me to go back later, how else can I get this fixed now?
