No Order Confirmation

I went through checkout, but there was no order confirmation. So I went a second time and same thing happened. I was just taken to a screen that said youur basket is empty. Now, I don't know if I have ordered twice or not at all. I would like the 10GB Sim only deal. There should be a customer service email as chat is busy and requires an ID phone number and I am currently unable to call. Can a member of ID mobile contact me. I need to know whether to order a third time.

The 10GB plan is no longer available but we can look at the order you've placed with us.

I've PM'd you with how we can go about getting this resolved.

It's okay. I went ahead and purchased the plan again, before the time ran out. I received a confirmation this time, so i am guessing I will only receive one sim card and not 3. Fingers crossed.
