I’m an existing ID customer and received my upgrade phone this week. After transferring my SIM to my new phone I have no service
no service after upgrading

Hello Isobel,
When you upgrade, a new SIM is sent with the upgrade order.
Once activated, this new SIM is the one to use.
If you have activated the new SIM, please insert this into your phone.
If you haven’t activated it, please activate it and switch SIMS.
If services are still not working, restart the handset and this should fix the issue as this is sometimes required to pick-up the SIM swap.
