Hi. Got my son new phone with ID contract back in 2016. That phone broke so replaced it with new phone this month but same ID sim put back in. My son has been unable to send or receive phone calls and texts since then due to no signal. Have tried factory reset etc etc all to no avail!
VERY frustrated so help!
Hi Busymum, did your Son receive a new SIM with his phone?
If this is the case, please try the new SIM but otherwise, please get in touch with us so we can confirm which SIM is active on the account.

Been trying to contact Id via chat messenger. Been busy, I’ve trued all day! Really getting frustrated!!!

Can you give us some more information on what exactly is happening.
Do calls work okay?
