no service since upgrading

Hi,  so I upgraded my phone, transferred everything across to a new device. Activated the new sim that was sent out but the phone is still stating theres no service? 

 

What is wrong? I assumed at first it was just adjusting to the new tariff/ change over 

 

It works perfectly fine with wifi and everything else..

Hi @Sallyq,

I am sorry to hear this! Does the old SIM card still work at all? Also, have you tried the SIM card in another phone to ensure there is not a fault with the new device?
