No service - upgrade

I’ve upgraded and received my new phone today. Everything has gone fine as I’ve transferred all data from old phone onto new phone however my phone is saying “No service”. I’ve reset network settings, I’ve made sure to upgrade to latest software and I’ve also taken sim out and back again but still no mobile data or signal. Please help as I am awaiting a very important phone call. Thanks.

Have you done an upgrade on an existing iD Mobile account you had?

Or have you purchased a brand new contract from us?

Could you check to ensure you have the correct SIM in your phone currently?
