No signal after changing sim plan

Hi, I’m on a monthly rolling sim only plan but saw in my ID account upgrades section a better data allowance for the same money so i hit upgrade. The new plan is showing as active on my account but I have no signal or data, anybody any clues why not working?

Hi @wanderer1000,

When a new SIM card is issued in this way, it needs to be activated within your account when the option pops up so the new SIM card may have been activated too early when you logged into your account. Please let us know if you need further assistance.

Restart mobile.

Try to manually search network.

Go to settings / mobile network / search network.

I managed to get through to customer services and apparently they issue you a new sim card when you upgrade the package so i’ve got to wait for that to come through in the post
