Got an iPhone for my husband s couple of months ago and he has just got round to opening it. The problem is the phone came with no SIM card, as it's a pay monthly that can't be right.
I have emailed and called but am getting no response.
I am sure you don't use your old SIM grateful for any thoughts.

Was this a new contract that you had taken out or an upgrade for an existing account?
If it's a new contract, you'll have received it in a little pack separate with the phone (not in the phone box).
If it's an upgrade, then in most cases, your SIM stays the same and we send out the phone, this is because you're simply upgrading the handset.
In a case where the SIM is sent out, it's usually a blank inactive one.
If you've already got an iD SIM, try logging into the app/account, what plan shows?
Is this the plan you ordered with the iPhone? Same minutes, texts, data and price plan?
If so, then you can just use that SIM.
