My sim does not allow me to receive confirmation texts from companies and apps. What do I do?

Hello @SURAYA,

I’ve renamed the topic for clarity.

 

Just to confirm, the issue isn’t for all texts, but just the text codes companies send right? (OTP messages).

Have you checked with the companies to make sure the number is correct?

is it many companies you’re struggling with, or just on in particular? Have you checked your contact details with them to ensure they’re attempting the correct number?

I also don’t receive OTP’s from several companies since joining iDMobile - reset phone, removed SIM, checked bank has correct number.

The common denominator seems to be iDMobile
