I bought a monthly sim package from ID mobile and chose to keep my Tesco mobile number.
Filled out the number transfer form on Thurs for next day transfer - it never happened on Friday. Assumed it might not happen over the weekend.
Still hasn’t happened on Monday
Can you please let me know when this will happen?
I am missing important calls whilst waiting for this and really unimpressed so far with ID as a company. I have received multiple ‘thank you for joining’ emails, payments being organised etc. So it seems you can take the money quickly enough but not actually help when it’s needed. Online chat has been ‘busy’ all Fri and Monday.
