Online upgrade £6 offers 2.5 GB data but if you do it via app on phone you only get 1gb.why?

Mins and txts are unlimited but data is 1gb

That’s strange. It maybe that the offers are being updated across platforms and it hasn’t been updated on the App as of yet. Probably best to process it through the website for now @Bob's friend .

One month later I am contacting you about the disparity between the ID app and the online offer of 1gb as opposed to 2.5gb online offer. Have you been able to sort anything out?
