I recently (12/05) tried to use a PAC code from EE to transfer my number from EE to iD. The first time I tried this I got a text message saying it had failed so I tried again. This time I did not receive a text so assumed it had all gone through correctly. The website says this should happen within 24 hours however it’s now 2 days later and my number still hasn’t been transferred across. Is there anywhere I can check the progress of this please?
