I started with IDMobile on a 24month plan first month of billing was May 2017.
This was over 3 years ago so why do I still have an ‘EARLY’ cancellation fee around £60?
The plan will have expired so rolling monthly. I was not informed nor started another 24 month plan at any point.
Please contact me urgently to cancel this service. It is a phone service I have not used in a year and DO NOT WANT.
