Got a new phone I phone 11 with ID Mobile for my son as a birthday prersent. Already had a sim only deal for him here. Now we are getting messages asking for payment on the sim only deal even though it is not a contract. We have tried to contact via phone several times but nothing happens. We have cancelled the direct debit with our bank.

Did you upgrade his existing iD Mobile number? As in logging in to the account and doing an upgrade (which would ensure you retain the same mobile number)?
If not, and you’ve gone and simply bought a 24-month contract as a new thing entirely. Then that would essentially leave you with two active iD Mobile phone lines.
