Hi, if I buy one of your phones but it is locked to your own network, do I have to pay for you to unlock it or is it free?

Welcome to iD Community.

The phone should be unlocked already, it's only some of the older generations of phones which seemed to lock.

Have you purchased the phone already and is it locked?
