I have my upgrade in 2021,if i want a new plan can i get a new phone without getting a new contract?

Do you mean that you would like to take a new phone on monthly payments but you wouldn't like to get a new number?
Carphone Warehouse offers flexible leasing payments if that is something you are looking for. Another option is to buy a handset outright as Sim Free.

Unfortunately iD Mobile does not offer such a service. If you order new phone on a contract then you will be billed for two separate numbers. If you could like to keep your number and only pay one bill then you would need to wait until you are due to upgrade.
