I couldnt change my plan from monthly to SIM only on the app so applied via the website. How do I keep my old number now I've installed the SIM? Plus, ow do I cancel the monthly contract before I end up paying monthly and for the SIM only?

Hi @Waenfach,

Unfortunately we can’t move an iD Mobile phone number from one iD Mobile account to another. To keep your number on a new plan, you would need to do the plan change via your account. You would need to either cancel the old plan and lose the old number or cancel the new plan and try the plan change again.

How far away from your contract expiry date were you? You should see plan change options within 30-days of the end of the contract.
