I have just had 2 conversations with members of the customer service, yesterday and today. Both were very poor, spoke of over, me didn't understand my query, ignored how unhelpful they were. Do they get training?
Still waiting on my upgrade to go through...apparently the systems are down and instead of sorting, they need me to go through the process again. At this rate would never recommend these cowboys!!!
