Website shows Huawei P30 500 mb data £20.99 pm and £9.99 up front. If I use my upgrade from my account it is £19.99 upfront!! Good deal for an existing customer!! Why??? Can someone tell me why? Also have had exasperating chat online which was useless. Do ID want to keep existing customers? This is really testing my patience. Thanks, John
