I ported my number over and it has been only partly successful. I receive phone calls via ID on the ported number, but whenever I make a call or send a text message, it is sent by the number ID allocated me when I joined. Can you help?

Generally speaking if something didn’t go right at the point of purchase.  You can simply register the account on our website (using the iD Mobile number we gave you with the SIM).  Then once logged in you can provide the PAC (code) and number within there.
