Upgraded my phone and i’m being charged twice for upfront costs on the preorder

Hello @mikefubar,

Can you clarify if these payments are reflecting as pending or showing as taken?

Or is 1 payment pending and 1 showing as taken?

1 payment pending and 1 payment was just taken.

Hello @mikefubar,

The pending one may have been from an unsuccessful attempt at placing the order and should be returned to you by your Bank since it’s not been claimed.

The one taken will be for the successful order.
