Lebara are offering 2GB data with unlimited minutes and texts for £5/month. Are you able to match this please? I do not want to leave ID but will probably do so if you cannot offer the same (or better). Thank you.

Yes, of course I checked what you already offer otherwise I wouldn’t have asked the question! I could change my plan to 3GB of data and unlimited minutes and texts for £6/month but I do not need 3GB data, so I am asking you if you can offer me the same as Lebara: 2GB of data and unlimited minutes and texts for £5/month, which is what I am already paying.

Unfortunately not in this case. At the time of writing, the cheapest SIM-only deals we have now start from £6 a month.
That’s not to say in time that a deal similiar may come along, but right now we’d not be able to tailor a deal to the one you’re referring to we’re sorry to say.
