I recently changed my plan as I was running out of minutes. It changed on my phone, the new amount came up and I got unlimited minutes, unlimited text and 5gb of data.
Today I had a text from ID mobile saying I had used up all my minutes and for any calls I would now be charged 40p per minute!! I really need someone to come back to me asap to confirm that my new plan is in place. I won’t be making any calls on my phone in the meantime at that cost.
