I placed an order via the ID app for my upgrade. Then got an email stating that there was an issue with the order and someone would contact me. No contact been made and I am unable to contact them due to COVID lockdown. Any advice on where To go from here?

Thank you for your reply. After going through several telephone numbers and people on live chat - which including repeating the security form, I was passed to an amazing call handler who got it all sorted for me. Many thanks

I have same problem get to payment section it completes then says there was a problem I checked my bank and 1p came out for every attemptÂ
