problem with switching phone number

In error I entered a new contract rather than upgrading my old. I need to transfer my old number to the new contract urgently as my old contract runs out in a couple of days. I cannot get live chat to work.

Hello @gill168,

It’s not possible to transfer one iD number to another iD plan.

You’ll need to return the new contract and then we’ll guide you into upgrading your old one.

I will send you a PM as it’s not something we can do without account access.
