Proof of purchase
I preordered the s10 on the 1st of March, and now I want to claim the free earphones. In order to claim the earphones I need proof of preordering. Any bills I have show the date of my first payment which is a week later. And the only preorder proof I have is an email I got on the 1st, which Samsung won’t accept. Anything I can use?
