I upgraded through Carphone Warehouse in April and successfully received my phone, however I only received an email confirming my new contract details. I am making a claim on my phone (not through Carphone Warehouse) and have been told this isn’t enough and need an invoice detailing the handset make and model, IMEI number and purchase date. I have not been sent this information so how can I request a new invoice to be sent to confirm this to my insurer?
