got a replacement SIM but doesn't work says no service??

Have you activated the SIM?
Replacement SIMS are blank and you need to activate these before they can work.

I've changed plan had replacement sin card, I've activated it 48 hours ago and still no connection. I'm thinking of leaving as I need a working mobile!

Hi Ryan, have I blocked my number, I've entered the code on the SIM card and it says it doesn't recognise the number. I'm a front line worker and need the mobile to be working
