Retrieving a PAC code

Hello, 

I’ve recently moved to another country for university and I have been with ID over the last two years. My contract with ID is under my Dad’s name and he’s cancelled it without getting a PAC code. Is there anyway I could retrieve the PAC code and uncancel the contract? The contract ended on the 5th of this month. I’ve tried calling ID but they don’t pick up, and I’ve tried using the live chat and that also doesn’t work, the shops are all closed at the moment which doesn’t help. So if theres any way I could get that pac code to keep my number that would honestly make my day as all of my bank accounts and other important things use my number. So if someone could help me out that would be amazing.

Hi @isfahan,

I am afraid that once a number has been disconnected, we cannot retrieve a PAC code for the number. We would also need the named account holder to get in touch with us directly for any queries into the account.
