Question

Sent two SIM cards, only ordered one.


Recently purchased a monthly SIM only contract and I've been sent two SIM cards in the mail and two direct debit orders have been set up.

 

I’ve activated one of the SIM cards and not touched the other one, I’d like to be assured that I won’t be charged for a mistake that wasn’t mine and find out how to make sure the extra SIM card is cancelled.
