Sim being sent out but only wanted to upgrade plan

Hi, I thought I was upgrading but it looks like I accidentally ordered a new SIM.

On checking my account the upgrade as gone through so have have more data etc but a I have an email saying a new SIM is being posted.

Unsure what to do and have tried chat but no advisors available.

Hi @Dylanhartid,

 

If your tariff on the App has changed to reflect the upgrade you selected, it sounds like you’ve done the right thing. We just send out SIM cards for some SIM only upgrades. Once it arrives, please click here to see about getting the new SIM activated on your existing plan.
