SIM disabled following upgrade

Hi

 

I upgraded on Monday and you disabled my SIM on Tuesday. No service or new SIM since then. Help please.

Hi @Tim S,

We are sorry to hear about this! Sometimes when upgrading, a new SIM card is issued and once dispatched, your online account/app will ask if you want to activate the new SIM card; this option may have been agreed to by accident when you logged in.

Has your new order arrived yet as it has been a few days now? Please let us know if you need further help with this.

I am in the same situation. Upgraded to a SIM only on the 5th Dec, still not received a new SIM (10th dec) yet network disabled. Any ideas??

Sorry to hear that.

Have you upgraded your contract?

It sounds like you activated the new SIM.

Pop the new SIM in and this should work fine.
