I upgraded my phone today, new phone, same SIM but it keeps saying emergency calls only and won't let me call or text. Any help appreciated. Thanks

Hey @Dizzy,

Did your new phone come with a new SIM card within the package? Your old SIM may have been deactivated you see.

I upgraded to a new phone last week but kept my old number and old sim but phone is coming up with emergency calls only and upgrade hasn't activated. The new phone is a Samsung galaxy a71 where as my old phone was a Huawei.  Why is old sim not working in new phone if I'm keeping the same number?
