Hi all, my 2 year contract has come to an end and I want to keep my current phone and downgrade to a sim only deal. Does anyone know how to do this as there is nobody available to speak too. If it’s possible do I just keep my current sim. Thank

To do this, log in to your iD Mobile app or My Account online, go to 'My Account', and then scroll down to 'My Upgrade'.
All the SIM only deals should also be displayed here.
