i have just upgraded online to Sim only as i was notified that am due an upgrade. Do i get a new sim? will i still have the same number as i do NOT want to change my number? when will the upgrade commence on my account? this is my first Sim only upgrade so am a bit confused.

When you upgrade iD Mobile will send you a replacement Sim automatically. When new Sim arrive then just swap them over and login to your Account. There you should be prompted with a notification if you are ready to use your new Sim then tap "yes" and it will be activated. Your number will stay the same as well as your direct debit date and account.
