Hi, I am due for an upgrade, but instead I want to keep my phone and change my plan to Sim Only, how can I do it?

Hi @josep,

If you log into your account online/app and check your upgrade options, you should see a SIM-only option there which you can choose. How far away from your contract ending are you?

My mum has a sim only pay monthly, she doesn't know how to use the Internet therefore has no email or login details. How can I change her sim only plan to a different sim only plan with id?
