SIM Plan Change
I want to get that black tag SIM only deal to replace my current roll over contract. How do I do this? There's no chat line to seek advice...

Hi @Hingpk ,
As you are on an existing plan, you would be better off checking your online account or through our app to see if you are able to move to this plan under your plan change options.
If it's not available, you would need to cancel your current plan and order the new plan, but you wont be able to move your number across as it's not possible to switch the number to a plan within the same network.
